Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is on the rise in Islamabad, with 40 more people diagnosed in the last 24 hours.

According to officials, the total number of dengue fever cases registered this season has risen to 409. In recent weeks, three people in Islamabad have died as a result of the mosquito-borne viral illness.

According to the sources:

“Two of the people were from underdeveloped parts of the country, while one was from a metropolitan area.”
