National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan during an interview with CNN on Sunday stated that the Biden govt wouldn’t yet be in a position to provide money presently through the existing leadership in Afghanistan. ‘The Taliban are not in a position we would want,’ he said. ‘Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan have to fulfil their obligations like inclusive government that protects rights of women and do not allow the Afghan soil to be used again by any terrorist outfit,’ he further added.
