Any attack on Makkah or Madinah is a ‘red line’, says Pakistan’s PM Sharif

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has told the UN General Assembly that any attack on the holy cities of Makkah or Madinah would be a “red line”. Saudi Arabia’s air defences destroyed a Houthi drone south of Makkah before it entered prohibited airspace over the holy city last week. Govt Moves to Streamline Cross-Border Trade

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the establishment of a Trade Facilitation Board to streamline cross-border trade and support trade promotion, the PM Office said Thursday. The board will handle non-tariff issues, improve supply-chain efficiency and develop strategies linked to the Trade Facilitation Index.
