Jerusalem Governorate calls killing of Palestinian man by Israeli forces ‘extrajudicial execution’

The Jerusalem Governorate has condemned the killing of a Palestinian man by Israeli forces in occupied East Jerusalem on Friday. Authorities said Israeli forces shot 33-year-old Ibrahim al-Hindi twice near the Damascus Gate area, killing him instantly. Israeli forces conduct detonations in various parts of southern Lebanon

Israeli forces have carried out detonation operations between the villages of Markaba and Rab el-Thalathine in the Nabatieh governorate of southern Lebanon, according to the country’s National News Agency (NNA). NNA earlier reported that the Israeli military razed homes in the town of Khiam. Detonations were also conducted in the area between the villages of Kfar Tebnit and Arnoun in the Nabatieh district. Israeli settlers have carried out provocative tours today in several locations in the Jenin Governorate, during which they closed roads, stormed villages, and spread out on bypass roads, Wafa reports. Settlers stormed the village of Jalbun, east of Jenin, while the bypass road east of the city saw an intensive deployment of settlers who chased cars, causing tension and impacting the movement of Palestinians, the Palestinian news agency said.
