The Peshawar High Court is set to hear seven petitions challenging emergency and governor’s rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has also sought permission to amend his petition to challenge parliamentary resolutions endorsing the federal government’s decision, imposed on October 11 over security concerns.
