KP Governor Vows to Protect Province’s Natural Resources

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has said the province’s people have the first right to its natural resources, rejecting concerns about outsiders exploiting them. Addressing a ceremony in Peshawar, he said outside investors could participate through joint ventures with local people. His remarks follow allegations that governor’s rule was linked to efforts to gain control of KP’s resources.
