On Friday, former director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed asserted that he would never join politics. Speaking to The News, Gen Faiz said that all speculations about him joining politics or leading the PTI were totally false. “I will not join politics after [the] two-year bar nor afterwards,” he stated.
