The COVID-19 positivity ratio in Pakistan dropped below 10% for the first time since January 19, according to statistics released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Tuesday morning. The country’s active case count, on the other hand, remained above 100,000 for the fourth day in a row.

According to NCOC figures, the country’s daily case count fell in the last 24 hours, with only 5,327 out of 55,202 diagnostic tests coming back positive across the country. Pakistan’s COVID-19 positive rate fell to 9.65 percent as a result of this fall.
