Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that it carried out a heavy surprise attack on the US Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar during the 15th wave of its Operation Nasr 2, state-run Press TV reported on Friday. The IRGC Aerospace Force said the strike destroyed a long-range radar system and several US strategic aerial refuelling aircraft, while causing severe damage to others.
