Security forces have killed dozens of terrorists in separate intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, the military’s media wing said Friday. According to ISPR, joint operations with police were conducted over the past few days as part of an intensified counterterrorism campaign. The statement said the operations dealt major blows to terrorist networks linked to groups described by the state as Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan, resulting in significant casualties among militants.
