Estonia’s Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has slammed Russia for continuing a “campaign to terrorise Ukrainians, crush their hope and break their resilience” after the latest wave of “devastating” overnight attacks in Kyiv. “In response, the aggressor must face the strongest possible pressure, while support for the victim must only intensify,” said Tsahkna in a post on X.
