Air defence systems intercepted or shot down 577 of the 632 missiles and drones Russia launched on Kyiv last night, Ukraine’s military has claimed. Ukraine tallied 596 Russian drones and 36 missiles in the attack, the military said in a Telegram update. Its systems curbed 558 drones and 19 missiles. Strikes were recorded at 22 locations, however, in addition to aircraft debris falling in at least 17 others, the military added.
