Israeli air strikes early on Friday on Hasbaya in southern Lebanon killed three journalists and flattened buildings in the southern suburbs of capital Beirut, Lebanon’s official National News Agency reported. The victims included a cameraman and engineer working for Al-Mayadeen and a cameraman working for Hezbollah’s Al-Manar. The building where members of those specific outlets were sleeping was directly targeted, according to other reporters who were at the site.
