The International Criminal Court of Justice is to rule whether Israel should halt its military campaign in Gaza. The UN’s highest court will issue a preliminary ruling in a case filed by South Africa, which has accused Israel of committing genocide in the enclave. ICJ president Joan Donoghue, will read out the decision taken by a panel of 17 judges at 1 pm local time in The Hague.
