Israeli forces targeted a residential area in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis on Friday, killing 23 people, “mostly women and children”, the official news agency Wafa said. In northern Gaza where Israel continues to besiege and target the Jabalia refugee camp for a 20th day, “dozens” of people were killed and others were injured on Thursday evening, Wafa said.
