The UK Maritime Trade Operations says a tanker has been struck by an unknown projectile about 63 nautical miles (117km) west of Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, causing a fire on the vessel’s main deck. The ship’s company security officer reported that the crew was safe and accounted for, with no environmental impact.
