WASHINGTON: The Pentagon has reinstated mandatory testosterone deficiency testing for US service members aged 30 and above, reversing a temporary pause announced earlier this month. Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth had introduced the programme in July to support military readiness. The latest guidance establishes standardised screening and treatment pathways for male service members, Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell said.
