China urges respect for sovereignty of Gulf states, Middle Eastern countries

China’s Vice President Han Zheng told the UN General Assembly on Saturday that “the world wants peace, not war,” urging respect for the sovereignty and security of Middle Eastern countries, including Gulf states.
