PIA’s Kabul Operation was suspended due to security uncertainty at Kabul Airport. According to a PIA Spokesman, the decision was taken due to lack of security at Kabul Airport, lack of airport staff, and crowds on the runway. The PIA made the decision in consultation with Foreign Ministry and Afghan Civil Aviation. A PIA spokesperson said flights had been postponed indefinitely to protect passengers, crew, and assets.
