Covid-19: NCOC revises SOP guidelines for schools

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) finally issued revised coronavirus guidelines and SOPs for the education, restaurant, entertainment, and other sectors on Wednesday, after a brief delay, as Pakistan continues to fight a fifth wave of the pandemic and struggles to contain the spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant.

Classes for children under the age of 12 will be held on "staggered" days in towns and districts where the vaccination rate is greater than 10%, while classes for fully vaccinated students above the age of 12 will be held everyday.
