Anchorperson Iqrarul Hassan has challenged a judicial magistrate’s order granting the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency four-day custody in an alleged anti-state content case. His lawyer, Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq, filed the petition before a district and sessions judge. The case involves allegations of disseminating false and defamatory material on social media, which Hassan’s family says followed his reported pickup from Lahore.
