PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has approached the Peshawar High Court, challenging the imposition of emergency and governor’s rule in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In his petition, filed through Advocate Shah Faisal Ilyas, he asked the court to declare the October 11 emergency proclamation unconstitutional and set it aside.
