FCC Denies Risk Allowance to KP Police Administrative Staff

The Federal Constitutional Court has ruled that administrative and ministerial staff of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police are not entitled to risk allowance. A two-member bench headed by Justice Aamer Farooq overturned a Peshawar High Court order granting the benefit, distinguishing administrative employees from uniformed personnel performing operational duties involving risks and hazards.
