Air strikes hit Ethiopia's Mekelle: Tigray forces

Nairobi: On Oct 18, Rebellious Northern Ethiopian forces alleged the government of launching air attacks on the capital of Tigray region. 'The attack on the city of Mekelle killed several civilians,' reported Tigrai TV, Tigrayan People's Liberation Front (TPLF) controlled media outlet." Why would the Ethiopian government ambush its city? Mekelle is an Ethiopian city," govt official said.
