A Jordanian air force plane parachuted in aid to a Gaza hospital run by the Kingdom’s military, an army spokesman said. The airdrop, the second time in a week, was “in co-operation with the brotherly states of the United Arab Emirates and Qatar to bolster and develop the hospital’s capabilities… [and] provide relief for the people of Gaza,” said the representative. The first aid drop to the 40-bed hospital in northern Gaza occurred on Monday after obtaining permission from Israeli authorities, Jordanian and Israeli sources said.
