Following the latest attacks on Kyiv, EU Ambassador Katarina Mathernova has cast doubt on Russia’s stated interest in a peace deal. “As long as Moscow speaks the language of missiles, drones & blood – like last night – any proposal for peace sounds like a farce,” wrote Mathernova in a social media post. “I am disgusted and shocked by Russia’s actions. Is this how they want an agreement? Or they just pretend?” she added.
