London: On Jan 25, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) announced to curb racism and bullying especially in the dressing room. The franchise updated its 12-point action plan to tackle racism and discrimination. The action plan also includes details on a review of “dressing room culture” and” a standardized approach to whistleblowing”.
