Nusa Dua: On Nov 13, U.S. President Joe Biden said that his country would maintain open communication lines and seek no conflict with China. Biden also stated that the United States would “compete vigorously” with Beijing while “ensuring competition does not veer into conflict”. Biden and Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping are set to meet face-to-face for the first time since Biden took office.
