After marrying a man named Zaheer, Dua Zehra, who reportedly vanished from Karachi over a week ago, has filed a petition in a Lahore’s court against her father Mehdi Ali Kazmi and a relative, according to Geo News.
The police, on the other hand, are said to have located the pair in Pakpattan.
Dua has accused Kazmi of barging into her Lahore home and attempting to kidnap her with the assistance of her cousin.
“My father wanted to force me to marry my cousin Zainul Abideen. My father and Abideen stormed into my house and verbally abused and threatened me and my husband,” Dua said in her complaint.
