Pakistan is set to open its petroleum storage sector to international oil suppliers through a customs-bonded framework that would permit local sales as well as re-exports. The move is aimed at positioning Pakistan as a regional petroleum storage and trading hub while enhancing energy security and supply-chain resilience.
