Moscow: On Wednesday, the Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping would discuss conflicts in Europe and “aggressive” U.S. and NATO rhetoric during a virtual meeting. On the other hand, Moscow is under tension for its build-up of troops near the border with Ukraine.
