Moscow: On Wednesday, the Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping would discuss conflicts in Europe and “aggressive” U.S. and NATO rhetoric during a virtual meeting. Both countries are under elevated pressure from the West. On one hand, Beijing is under distress over human rights. On the other hand, Moscow is under tension for its build-up of troops near the border with Ukraine.
