The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) issued data on Friday showing that inflation, as measured by the Sensitive Price Index (SPI), increased by 1.07 percent for the week ended November 18, owing to a substantial spike in the cost of key food products.

According to PBS data, inflation has increased for the sixth week in a row. The highest weekly inflation rate of 1.81 percent was reported in November
