During an anti-hoardings campaign in Faisalabad, the district administration seized 43,692 fertiliser bags from godowns. In addition, the government sealed 16 godowns and filed two FIRs against the accused.

The ACs took action against fertiliser hoarders, according to Deputy Commissioner Ali Shahzad. He stated that AC City Sahibzada Muhammad Yousaf recovered 402 bags of urea fertilisers in Tehsil City and imposed a penalty of Rs 60,000 for failing to keep the pricing list and cash record up to date.
