On Wednesday, Afghanistan’s acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has arrived in Islamabad on a three-day visit to Pakistan for wide-ranging talks on bilateral matters. This is the first visit to Pakistan by an Afghan minister since the Taliban take over Kabul on August 15. The Taliban’s representatives were welcomed at Nur Khan Airbase and settled in the Afghan embassy in Islamabad.
