In an Al Jazeera interview, legal scholar Claire Finkelstein says the killing of Alex Pretti by ICE agents raises serious questions about gun rights and the use of force. She notes that Pretti legally owned and carried a gun under Minnesota law, which is constitutional under Supreme Court precedent, adding that Pretti had reportedly been disarmed before he was shot, which is a key issue.
