Türkiye has sought an international arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged “genocide” linked to Israel’s interception of a Gaza-bound aid flotilla, Justice Minister Akin Gurlek said Friday. Gurlek said the justice ministry asked the interior ministry to seek Interpol red notices for Netanyahu and Israeli national Afek Moskovitch. The move follows Türkiye’s strong criticism of Israel’s Gaza war and international scrutiny over the flotilla interception.
