Footage on social media shows a displaced Palestinian man paddling a small boat laden with his possessions as he attempts to flee the Israeli offensive in Gaza City. The video, posted on Instagram, and verified by Al Jazeera, shows the man standing at the back of the small vessel with a backpack as he paddles.
