The Nasser Medical Complex tells Al Jazeera that three Palestinians have been shot and killed by Israeli forces in Khan Younis. Israeli attacks continue to take place in the southern city despite thousands of Gaza City residents being forced to relocate there because of heavy Israeli bombardments and ground operations.
