In Lahore, the dengue fever epidemic is worsening, with up to 90% of government hospital beds occupied.

According to sources, 49 individuals have been admitted to the Expo Center Dengue Field Hospital. More than 500 certified dengue patients have been identified in just three days. In the last 24 hours, 262 patients have been recorded throughout Punjab, with 184 patients in Lahore.

The district government of Lahore has activated a 280-bed dengue field hospital in the expo centre in response to an increase in cases. In Jinnah, Gangaram, and General Hospitals, there are no beds available for patients.
