The Gaza Health Ministry said that services in hospitals are being provided based on limited stocks of medication and supplies. “The shortage hinders medical teams from carrying out emergency interventions for the wounded,” the ministry said in a statement. It said that hundreds of patients are deprived of essential medications and the supply situation is made worse by the closure of border crossings. It said that cancer, kidney failure, and heart patients are the most affected by the shortages.
