According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, A Russian plane carrying a group of parachute jumpers crashed in Tatarstan on Sunday. Almost 16 people were killed and six were injured. The aircraft was carrying two crew members and twenty parachutists among which six were in terrible condition.
