The UN said that Israel’s latest assault on Khan Younis and the forced displacement of Palestinians in Gaza “shows yet again, that no place is safe in Gaza, more efforts need to be made to protect civilians”. “Unfortunately, there [are] little to no shelter materials or other critical supplies available to support these newly displaced people,” UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said.
