Yemen’s Houthis have claimed responsibility for a missile attack on a US-owned ship in the Gulf of Aden. The statement, released by Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree on X, claims the operation was executed using “a number of appropriate marine missiles”, leading to a “precise and direct hit”. The Houthis have issued a warning, considering all American and British naval ships taking part in hostilities against their country as being within their “target bank”.
