A four-year-old boy was sexually abused by the son of a school janitor in the North Nazimabad area of Karachi.According to the police, a case of sexual abuse of a child has been registered in the Timoriya police station in the complaint of the child’s father.The child underwent medical treatment that confirmed abuse, and the school janitor’s son has been arrested on the child’s identification.
