A team of health officials has initiated an investigation into the deaths of four children at DHQ Teaching Hospital in Sargodha due to a lack of medicinal oxygen.
The incident will be investigated by a team consisting of the director of health, the chief executive officer, the hospital’s medical superintendent, and the principal, who will report their findings to higher-ups.
