The anonymous military official reported that Yemeni military forces launched an operation in Taiz against the Houthis, the rebel group of Yemen. He said, “units of the 17th Infantry Brigade of the pro-government Yemeni army attacked a number of sites controlled by the Houthi militia in the northwestern part of Taiz”. As a result of this operation, five rebels were killed and several were injured.
