WhatsApp is a popular messaging software used by millions of people around the world to interact with friends, family, and coworkers on a regular basis. However, due to the model of their phones, many of them will no longer be able to utilise the app.

According to a claim published by The Sun in the United Kingdom, the app will stop working on numerous smartphone models in November 2021.

According to the publication, the app will not work on both iPhone and Android devices, thus impacted users will have to either buy a new phone or upgrade their smartphone’s software.
