On October 26, Ukraine’s defence minister Oleksii Reznikov said that counter-offensive against Russian forces in the Kherson region proved to be more difficult due to wet weather and the nature of the terrain. Oleksii Reznikov told a news conference that Russian forces were using water supply channels as trenches in the occupied Kherson region.
