Britain would not be deterred by “sabre-rattling” from Russia over the delivery of Western weapons to Ukraine, Foreign Secretary James Cleverly has said. “We made a conscious decision that we cannot allow escalatory rhetoric or sabre-rattling from Vladimir Putin or from the Kremlin to deter us from doing the right thing,” Cleverly said on the sidelines of a meeting at the OECD in Paris.
